MAX FORAGE (BE)
Max Forage is the musical project of Belgian artist Max Winters, rooted in the countryside where he was raised and still lives. Blending tribal rhythms, blues, gritty guitars and dusty organs with modern beat-making, Max Forage creates a bass-heavy sound somewhere “from triphop to punk,” with a distinct (Bel)pop-sensibility. Through piercing vocals and vivid lyrics, he turns stories of the land, its people and everyday emotions into a rousing, deeply personal sound. 

GANS (UK)
Gans are the loud, perfectly chaotic duo from Birmingham, blending post-punk, electronics and straight-up chaos into something that feels very now. Euan Woodman (drums, vocals) and Tom Rhodes (bass, vocals) grew up in the working-class Black Country, and turn that background into music that’s sharp, dark and brutally honest.

Their debut album GOOD FOR THE SOUL came out via Peter Doherty’s Strap Originals and was produced by Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, Amyl & The Sniffers, Working Men’s Club). The sound feels like a night that runs a bit too far: nervous basslines, driving beats, and abrasive electronics, with lyrics that often explore tension, unease, and a critical view of modern life, sometimes with an ironic undertone.

Gans makes music for anyone who sometimes feels a little uncomfortable in this world. For anyone who looks at the endless cycle of buying, scrolling, working, and consuming with a raised eyebrow. Their recent single THIS PRODUCT DUB captures that perfectly: a hypnotic, danceable middle finger to consumer culture.
