Types of events
What kind of events can I organise at AB?
AB is the perfect venue for all kinds of events: concerts, conferences, presentations, corporate events, product launches, networking events, press days, receptions, meetings, workshops, recordings or hybrid events.
By organising an event at AB, you agree to our house rules. Political or religious events are not permitted in our venues.
Spaces & capacity
How do I choose the right space?
Not sure which room suits your event best? Simply select “not sure yet” in the application form under preferred location. We will help you choose the most suitable space.
Our advice is based on:
- type of event
- number of guests
- desired atmosphere
- flow of the event
- technical requirements
You can also combine multiple spaces.
Can I hire multiple spaces at once?
Yes. We often combine spaces so different parts of an event flow seamlessly. For example:
- a presentation in AB Salon followed by a reception in AB Antenna and a backstage tour of AB
- a board meeting in AB Connect followed by drinks on AB Rooftop and a walking dinner in AB Antenna
Technical
Is technical support available during the event?
Yes. Depending on the type of event, an experienced technical team will support you throughout the process. From lighting and sound to projection, stage setup and last-minute adjustments: we ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on your content.
Can AB handle livestreams or recordings?
Yes. In the Main Hall, AB Club and AB Salon, we can record or livestream your event using our fixed camera setup. You can find detailed technical information about the recordings here.
Catering
Does AB offer catering?
Yes. AB offers four standard packages for groups of 12 to 70 people: breakfast, sandwich lunch, buffet, and drinks & snacks.
For tailored catering or groups of 70+, we partner with Brussels-based caterers committed to sustainability
You may bring your own caterer, subject to a small commission.
Can catering be tailored to my event?
Absolutely. Depending on the timing and format of your event, we recommend a suitable catering setup - from breakfast and coffee breaks to walking dinners - and help you choose the right drinks package.
Practical
Is furniture included?
Yes. Basic furniture such as tables, chairs and reception tables is included.
If your event requires setup and breakdown (e.g. receptions or presentations), a setup fee applies. If you rent the space empty, no setup fee applies.
Need extra furniture or equipment? We are happy to provide a tailored quote.
What lighting and sound equipment is available?
Each room’s technical specifications detail the standard setup and the available additional options.
Can I arrange a guided tour before or after my event?
Absolutely. A guided tour is a great way to experience AB behind the scenes, including its iconic stages and areas normally reserved for artists and crew. Each tour lasts approximately one hour.
A tour costs €10 per person, with a minimum of €150 per group. You can add this option when submitting your event request.

Is AB accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Our venues are wheelchair accessible and adapted facilities are available. Please let us know your requirements in advance via the application form so we can prepare accordingly.

Absolutely. AB is more than just a venue. Our team supports you from the very first conversation. We assist with planning, technical setup, logistics and all practical questions along the way.

How is pricing determined?
As every event is different, we work with tailor-made quotations. Pricing depends on factors such as:

- technical requirements

Are there reduced rates?
Yes. Socio-cultural partner organisations can benefit from reduced rates in AB Connect. Availability is limited and must be requested in advance via info@abconcerts.be.
