1. Paper Sodexo* Sport & Culture cheques can only be used for concerttickets in our physical ticket shop.  
2. Electronic Edenred Sport & Culture cheques can only be used in our physical ticket shop.
3. Electronic Monizze gift vouchers can only be used in our physical ticket shop.
4. Electronic Sodexo cheques can only be used on our website. The payment via QR code is made via the mobile application Sodexo4You. 
   
   If the total amount for the tickets purchased exceeds the value of the cheques then you pay the difference. If you pay with paper chequesn, no change will be given if the value of your cheque is higher than the price of the ticket. 
   
   *Cheques expired on 30/09/2020, 30/09/2021 & 30/09/2022 are no longer accepted.

AB accepts the vouchers of Article 27. With this voucher, people in precarious living situations can enjoy concerts at a considerable discount. For only 1.25€, the holder can attend all concerts in AB as long as there are tickets left. Concert sold out? No stress! AB keeps a small number of tickets aside for Article 27 users. Want to find out whether there are still tickets available? Send us an email via info@abconcerts.be or visit the ticketshop during opening hours.  You can apply for Article 27 vouchers via one of the many social partner organisations of Article 27. 

With a Paspartoe/Uitpas card you can reserve tickets via mail. There are 2 types of Paspartoe/Uitpas cards.

• The ordinary Paspartoe/Uitpas for individuals 
• The Paspartoe/Uitpas for people in poverty or associations working with people in poverty.

With the ordinary paspartoe you can save points or get a discount on tickets with your culture voucher of 6€ (not for sold out concerts).

With the Paspartoe/Uitpas for people in disadvantaged circumstances you can buy tickets at a greatly reduced social rate (sometimes for sold-out concerts as well: AB keeps a small quota of tickets for sold out concerts to give people in disadvantaged circumstances the chance to reserve tickets as well). 

For concerts of €16 or less, you pay only €2, for all concerts from €17 and up, you pay 20% of the full amount. To make use of your discount, send an email to info@abconcerts.be. In your email you mention your ticket number, the concert you want to see and whether you want to use the culture voucher or not. Tickets can only be ordered by mail.  

AB accepts the European Disability Card. The cardholder can take a free companion to the concert he or she has tickets for. Just fill in the assistance form before you come to AB to prove you have a valid card.

Now and then, you will see our Club concerts turn up at half price on the website of Visit Brussels. Those are the Lastminutetickets. Which concerts? We never know beforehand. So, check their website regularly and subscribe to their newsletter.

AB offers discounts or free tickets to organizations and schools that love culture. Do you work with young people or adults who would like to attend a concert at the AB from time to time, but don't have the budget? Do you think your organization could benefit from a Solidair Ticket? Then you have come to the right place. Even for sold-out concerts, you can sometimes still request tickets. Introduce yourself by sending us an e-mail and let us know how we can help you.

We already work with organizations such as Globe Aroma, Hobo, Netwerk Tegen Armoede, Paspartoe and Brussels Platform Armoede (ARA vzw, Wijkpartenariaat De Schakel)...

The exact timing is announced on the day prior to the concert (at the latest) via the concert page, via the Facebook event, and via a reminder e-mail to those who purchased tickets. We are not able to provide information about the exact course of the evening before then, so the time that appears on your ticket may be subject to change.

For normal concerts, doors usually open at 7:00pm and the concert ends no later than 10:30pm. This way you still have plenty of options for getting home by public transport. For double bills and festivals, the timing might be entirely different. So always check our website on the day of the event.

You can find your ticket online in the 'My concerts' section of your account or in the confirmation e-mail that you received after ordering.  

You can sell your tickets without a worry via www.ticketswap.be. We have an agreement with TicketSwap and can guarantee you a safe resale. Unless your concert is postponed or cancelled, you are not eligible for a refund.

You certainly can, you don’t even have to tell us. We don’t check names on tickets.

Unfortunately, if your voucher has expired, we cannot renew it.

When a concert is cancelled, we will notify the ticket buyer by e-mail. You will also find all information related to refunding your ticket in this e-mail.

When a concert is postponed, we will notify the ticket buyer by e-mail. Your tickets, will of course, remain valid. Do you want to get a refund of your e-ticket? Then let us know in a reply to the e-mail that you received. You may request a refund no later than 7 days before the rescheduled concert takes place. After that, we will refuse the refund. Did you buy your tickets in our ticket shop or via TicketSwap? Then send a photo of your ticket or your confirmation e-mail from TicketSwap to info@abconcerts.be and mention your IBAN account number.
