Danish sensation oscillates between folk, dream pop and a touch of country
Fine Glindvad, also known as Fine, is a Danish singer-songwriter based in Copenhagen. Her music blends samples, acoustic and electric instruments into a dreamy sound. Her debut album Rocky Top Ballads (2024) transforms experimental band improvisations into atmospheric songs, with rhythmic, compelling drums, layered guitars, bass riffs, reverb-rich atmospheres and Fine's distinctive heavenly vocals and lyrics. She performs live with her band consisting of Lola Hammerich (guitars), Andreas Murga (bass) and Mads Muurholm (drums). What began as a career with the Danish electronic trio Chinah grew into collaborations with Erika de Casier and this well-received, dreamy solo project.
