Comeback of these legendary lo-fi indie-rockers
ConcertDated? Definitely not, Grandaddy is alive and kicking! The primal American indie-rockers are working on a fantastic comeback and will even be releasing a new (and also last?) album in February 2017. First single ‘Way We Won’t’ is the forerunner and it sounds just like in the good old days: lo-fi indie-rock with spacy guitars and wonderful synthesizer loops.
That the grandfathers – they aren’t fifty yet – are still in top form, is proven by the likes of a fan-tas-tic show at Pukkelpop this year: the many-starred reviews flew all over the place and the Marquee was jam-packed. So in AB you can expect a similarly fantastic show, this time with all the old and new tracks!
