On Monday 25 May, during Africa Day, the panel discussion “Africa 3.0: Can music redefine the relationship between Africa and Europe?” will take place.
The panel consists of Marie Daulne, N’Faly Kouyaté, Didier Awadi and Lino Grumiro, moderated by Bob Barry.
The discussion will be held in French and will address themes such as music as a cultural influence, social engagement, diaspora and identity, and the position of African music in an international context.
The panel discussion is free of charge and places are still available.
The day will conclude with a concert by N’Faly Kouyaté, in which he presents his new album Finishing.
His latest album, Finishing, released in September 2025, is an artistic manifesto expressing universal values such as unity, resilience, compassion and commitment. The album marks the completion of both a spiritual and creative journey — a call to reconnect with ancestral heritage while boldly stepping into the future.
