The name of the original ticket purchaser will be mentioned on the ticket. Once the order is confirmed, the name can no longer be adjusted.

The original ticket purchaser may be asked to present his/her matching photo ID to gain entry into the venue. Failure to agree with these conditions may result in cancellation of the order.

If you have ordered more than one ticket, we kindly ask your guests to enter the venue at the same time as you, in order to prevent the order being cancelled in case of dispute.
