Elle magazine: Axelle Red + Selah Sue = Joe Bel!?

Concert

Joe Bel is an attractive Frenchwoman. From Lyon and cosmopolitan, with family in the USA amongst other places. Is that why she sings so attractively flawlessly in English? Soul-folk pop-chanson with a voice that sometimes reminds you of Nneka or Selah Sue!

Two EP CDs should be out by now: In The City and Hit The Roads... with debut 'full CD' expected toward the end of 2015.

After a first AB as support-act to Asaf Avidan in 2013 and a visit to Les Nuits 2015, this is intended to be the official ABClub CD launch. Don't miss support-act Sonnfjord either, about which we last time mentioned: local talent encompassing singer Maria-Laetitia Mattern, with connections to Noa Moon, Paon, Lucy Lucy... and she herself even refers to fine sources of inspiration like Fleet Foxes, Joan Baez, Villagers...
