Group Atelier is a feedback session for emerging artists. In a small group setting, we listen to work in progress, discuss artistic choices and explore the next steps together. These sessions focus on key stages in an artist’s career. Today: Demo sessions, with Paulo Rietjens.

During this Group Atelier, you’ll have the chance to receive feedback from Paulo on your demos, to help you refine your sound. This session takes place on 6 May, from 4pm to 10pm at the FRONTAL studio. (NL/FR/ENG).

Paulo Rietjens is a Brussels-based producer and rapper, and co-founder of the rap collective Stikstof. As ‘Astrofisiks’, he has become a fixture on the Brussels scene. From his FRONTAL studio, directly opposite AB, he mixes tracks for artists such as Zwangere Guy, Charlotte Adigéry, Brihang, Victor De Roo, Le77, Selah Sue, UM!, Lander Gyselinck and Jazz Brak. What once began in a garage has evolved into a creative hub where he shapes their sound together with the artists. Paulo is known for his keen sense of sampling and attention to detail, and is thus actively contributing to the future of the Brussels sound.
