Rabid Belgian metal debuts on Napalm Records
Rabid speed-metal from Flanders! The long-haired rif-raf from Evil Invaders form a solid wall of sound on their debut ‘Pulses Of Pleasure’ (out on the Napalm Records of Monster Magnet, Karma To Burn, Brant Bjork and Conan). A barrage of furious riffs, dizzying drum work and the extremely distinctive, explosive falsetto vocals of frontman/guitarist Joe Van Audenhove.
Their old-school mix of 80s trash-, speed- and heavy-metal (that owes a debt to bands like Exciter, Razor, Megadeth and Iron Maiden) has already bought them to Pukkelpop and Graspop, and has also provided the Invaders with a well-earned spot on the tour bus of German trash legend Destruction that travelled Europe. Even Osaka, in Japan, fell for them in February 2014!
After a sold-out release show in well-known metal temple Biebob, in Vosselaar, the furious four from Evil Invaders are now aiming their metal canon at our AB Club in Brussels at the end of the year. On the most ‘evil’ day of the year too: Friday the 13th!
