All Them Witches

Epic swampy blues-rock/stoner including southern swag from Nashville Tennessee!

The epic classic rock-groove of Led Zeppelin, the darkness and compulsion of sludge/stoner/doom-pioneers Sleep and Kyuss, the psychedelic spacey-jams and virtuosity of Pink Floyd (or more recently Mogwai), the explosive power of Black Sabbath, the sacred of Wovenhand and the swampy blues- and country-rock of J.J. Cale. With a serious mouthful of Southern swagger à la Willie Nelson to top it all off!

The four from All Them Witches (Nashville, Tennessee) put it all together effortlessly and without pretence in one awesome well-oiled live-machine.

Fun fact Their last visit to AB Club (03/03/’16) was so incredibly impressive that they threw the entire AB livestream (see videos) onto an album and released it under the name ‘Live In Brussels’ (16/09/’16). So to say that they have a connection with AB would be a huge understatement.

Yeah, bass was a bit too overwhelming. I was listening to the recordings after the concert and the bass was definitely not mixed like the show. I had a good time.

Lovely 1,5 h during musical trip. Don't understand the discussion about the sound mix, where we stood sound was great. Looking forward to see them again.

A little less epic than the first show in AB club, but still All Them Witches prove they are a formidable live force! Impossible not to move on this groovy jam-bluesrock. I just wish they'd played Heavy Like A Witch again ^^ As to the other comments below: the bass was loud/heavy but I didn't perceive it as mocking up the overall quality of the sound...

Interesting reading the comments about the bass being too loud, I noticed Charles asking the mixing desk to increase the volume of his bass after the first song. I guess they should have raised his PA and not the main speakers. Great gig though, especially if you like long jam like tunes as I do live.

The emphasis on the drum and bass in the mix was unusual, but definitely enjoyable. Some of the longer jams were a bit exhausting as they didn't come out great in the mix, and vocals were a little lost. Great show for the price, though!

Tres belle performance.. a (re)voir!!!

De mix was echt slecht. De bas overstemde alle andere instrumenten waardoor sommige nummers niets eens meer herkenbaar waren. Far too loud!!
