Brussels-based songwriter and producer Edouard van Praet combines indie rock, electronic textures and quirky tales in tracks that balance dancefloor energy with emotional ambiguity. The Sound Track 2025 finalist already has two EPs, a debut album and numerous shows in Belgium, Europe and Canada to his name.
 
New single Good Times announces his second album, due out in March 2027. The track sounds restless and addictive, driven by a steady tempo of 152 BPM. Electronic textures are encrusted with the raw edge of rock. Good Times draws on the urgency of 2000s indie rock and the euphoric drive of synthesizer driven indie dance.
 
This new album further explores the interplay between love and hate, longing and rejection, and the growing pains of having to look ahead without entirely being able to leave the past behind. On stage, backed by the band, this tension takes on a tangible, physical dimension. Behind the nonchalant elegance and catchy melodies lie chaos, theatrics and the typical abandon of 'well-mannered punks'.
