Daptone Records presents The Mystery Lights

Brooklyn’s NOW sound in rock ‘n roll!

Concert

Daptone Records – think Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, Charles Bradley, … – is still the trusted house for 100% vintage soul/funk of the highest quality. They take on an actual rock ’n’ roll band though with Brooklyn’s The Mystery Lights. Their debut 7” ‘Too Many Girls/Too Tough To Bear’ was really recorded on 8-track and has that same vintage feel as all the other Daptone Records acts. But then with a big injection of rock ’n roll.

Their debut will be released this spring and is instantly the NOW sound in Rock 'n Roll!
