AB presents 'OUTRAGEOUS': an evening and night of live music, DJ sets, short films and talks by activist LGBTQIA+ icons. On Friday 20 May, on the eve of The Belgian Pride 2022, we celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community together. 

The Belgian Pride is deeply rooted in protest and activism and over the years has become the megaphone of the LGBTQIA+ community. On Friday 20 May, AB will zoom in on the (in)visibility and rights of the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Our stage will be taken over by LGBTQIA+ icons, who each in their own way fuse their identity with their work and art. The line-up includes Mykki Blanco, Lotic, Authentically Plastic, COBRAH, BRYN, TYGAPAW, Promis3 and more. With a radical musical programme, 'OUTRAGEOUS' proves what the power of art is: generating visibility, involvement, and recognition. 

‘OUTRAGEOUS' aims to be a safe space for those who feel or have felt discriminated, underrepresented and misunderstood, both inside and outside the world of LGBTQIA+ activism. A place for community and celebration. A place for pride.
