10 people were sleected to be part of this year’s Youth L’AB, the laboratory for young people with a passion for what happens behind the scenes of a concert venue. 

For one year, they will follow the staff of AB to gain hands-on experience in event management, from promotion, production and ticketing to programming. They will also follow masterclasses to go more in-depth about certain topics and learn the ins and outs of our venue. 

As a conclusion to their journey, they get the chance to organise something in house. Could be an event, a concert series, a podcast... Each year depends on the vision of a new group of students. 

I got the very precious honor to capture them on camera, so that they could introduce themselves to the newly gained audience.  
They talked about what inspires them, what music they listen to and what their biggest dream is.

I love when people with distinct references come together: the end result can't be anything but a beautiful mix & match from different worlds.
