Ultimate pop band presents long-awaited second album.

Concert

A Liveurope concert:
The first pan-European initiative supporting concert venues in their efforts to promote emerging European music.

“Pop music was invented for bands like Whitney” is what we wrote on the AB website in 2016. Debut album “Light Upon the Lake” had just been released at the time and the reviews were unanimous. Pitchfork went for an 8.3 and De Standaard praised the album with **** and wrote: ‘Whitneys liedjes over verliefdheid en hartzeer zijn zo aandoenlijk als een kind dat bellen blaast.’ Result: 2 sold-out AB Club shows in 1 day! We’re now 3 years further and it was high time for a follow-up. Guitarist Mark Kakacek and drummer Julien Ehrlich (who we also know from Unknown Mortal Orchestra) put out their 2nd album in 2019, “Forever Turned Around”, which they will again present live in AB.
