VIP Boterhammen In Het Park & Feeërieën 2025
The queen of heartbreak
Sophie Straat broke through several years ago with her protest songs and quickly became the voice of an engaged twenty-something generation. She won an Edison, earned numerous nominations, racked up over fifteen million streams and performed at major festivals like Lowlands, Pukkelpop and Best Kept Secret.
In 2024, she released the bold EP Gebroken Spiegels with the Metropole Orkest. Sophie is not just a musician, but a multi-disciplinary artist - a multi-talented woman whose work sparks change, because “the revolution can no longer be stopped”.
Dancing until everything goes berserk
After their smashing debut Rood Staan Hard Gaan, the trio from The Hague returns with Partijtje - a dark yet danceable concept album about a world in crisis, wrapped up as a frenzied birthday party. Think: bullies, barrel grabs, magicians and sweet desserts - all set to an unstoppable beat.
Live, Prins S. en De Geit turn chaos into a party, with performances at Lowlands, Pukkelpop, and Pinkpop to prove it. In 2023, they even won the 3FM Award for Best Indie Act. Whether ‘de Boterhammen’ can handle this musical frenzy remains to be seen, but one thing’s for sure: you’ll know when Prins S. and his goats have been at Brussels Park.
