Want to learn to be a producer? Or finally build a solid foundation in Ableton? In this workshop series with UNOS, you will learn the essentials of music production step by step. Four Wednesdays in a row, each in the early evening.

Philippine-Belgian producer and DJ UNOS is known for her energetic, engaged and sensual sets. As her name – which means ‘storm’ in Cebuano/Binisayâ – might suggest, she takes dancers along on an unpredictable trip through the beats of genres like house, techno, breaks and trance.
 
Nightlab lets you join in at your own level and helps you progress to the next step. We start with beginners workshops and build up to workshops for more experienced producers. No experience with producing or Ableton needed. We select ten participants for this free series of four beginners workshops that starts on 23 September.
 
What can you expect?
 
UNOS will guide you through the basics of Ableton Live and music production. During the four sessions, you will discover the various functions and possibilities of your DAW. At the end of the series you will have the tools and knowledge you need to make your own music.
 
Bring your laptop with you, with the trial version of Ableton Live installed. All you need, apart from curiosity, is a keen desire to get started!
 
Who is this for? 
 
This series is for beginners: people starting from scratch or those who already have a bit of knowledge and want to build a solid basis. You don’t need a fancy portfolio, we are mainly looking for positive energy and curiosity.
