(Postponed) 40 years of our favourite noise & silence adepts
Suppliers of (more than) 40 years of mouth-watering musical scrap noise. Still with the charismatic Blixa Bargeld as intriguing frontman. The man blessed with the ultimate scream of terror, of which Nick Cave once let slip: "a sound you would expect to hear from strangled cats or dying children".
Last year there was yet another hit: ‘Alles in Allem’ about which the influential blog The Quietus wrote: “I dare you to name another band this deep into their career still expanding their palette to such an extreme degree". Oh yes, and Bargeld whispered to us that we can expect at least a two hour set. We’re counting the days.
