Release show EP ‘Keep Me Close’
As a result of the extra measures announced yesterday by the Brussels Government, AB will close its doors until November 19th 2020.
We are very concerned about the situation and do not want to challenge the new measures. We understand that the alarming corona numbers come with drastic measures. It is obvious that our activities must also give way to public health at a certain point in time.
All concerts until November 19th will be suspended and rescheduled where possible. We have mobilized the entire team and are working hard to find the best solution for each event. Individual concerts may be postponed or canceled. If a concert is postponed, any tickets purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. If a concert is canceled, all tickets will be automatically refunded
We are closely monitoring the situation and communicating any updates ASAP through our website. All buyers will be informed about changes to their event through email.
We would ask everyone to refrain from calling or e-mailing us for further updates. Please check our website for the latest information on your concert.
Finally, we would like to thank you for your understanding and patience, and wish everyone love in the time of Corona.
Due to COVID-19, the FACES ON TV concert is going to be an 'ABnormal concert'.
During these concerts, wearing a mask is mandatory and only bubbles of 1 and 2 people can be seated. What if you want to come with 3 people? You buy I duo bubble and 1 solo bubble. One of your friends will be sitting alone on the balcony. Same goes for all odd numbers.
You can read more about the ABnormal safety measures here.
In the bizarre year 2020, Faces on TV reappears with surprising singles ‘Womba’ and ‘Time After Time’. The new Faces is unfettered and sultry, an ode to drum-computers and to Prince. Jasper laid the foundation for the new music in the back of the tour bus and, more than ever, you can hear the mental gymnastics of a musical all-rounder who bursts with creativity.
Live, Jasper Maekelberg will be going it alone this spring. Through touring all over Europe with Balthazar, he discovered that he can do big things with a small set-up. Surrounded by bongos, loop stations & synths, he brings his own familiar world to the stage, to then do what he loves most: together with his audience, forget that anything other than the here-and-now exists.
Following the solo tour, Faces on TV sheds its skin again this summer to become an incredible full-band at the end of the year, with Dienne Bogaerts (Lili Grace, Sylvie Kreusch), Klaas De Somer (Eefje de Visser, Tourist LeMC, J.Bernardt) and Sander Verstraete (Sophia, Hypochristmutreefuzz)
