Release of 2nd album: 'Cracks in Common Sense'
As a result of the extra measures announced on Friday 30/10 by the Government, AB will close its doors until the end of December 2020.
We are very concerned about the situation and do not want to challenge the new measures. We understand that the alarming corona numbers come with drastic measures. It is obvious that our activities must also give way to public health at a certain point in time.
All concerts until the end of December 2020 will be suspended and rescheduled where possible. We have mobilized the entire team and are working hard to find the best solution for each event. Individual concerts may be postponed or canceled. If a concert is postponed, any tickets purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. If a concert is canceled, all tickets will be automatically refunded
We are closely monitoring the situation and communicating any updates ASAP through our website. All buyers will be informed about changes to their event through email.
We would ask everyone to refrain from calling or e-mailing us for further updates. Please check our website for the latest information on your concert.
Finally, we would like to thank you for your understanding and patience, and wish everyone love in the time of Corona.
This concert is an 'ABnormal' concert. During these concerts, wearing a mask is mandatory and only bubbles of 1 or 2 people can be seated.
You can read more about the ABnormal safety measures here.
Since its birth in 2014, DIRK. has taken a unique musical path that has been strewn with love and praise. How about the bronze medal at Humo's Rock Rally 2016, the highly acclaimed debut album 'Album' and honourable placings in a whole string of year-end charts? Focus Knack testifies: "We cannot ignore the fact that very few Belgian debuts in 2018 have touched us as amidships as 'Album'."
DIRK. Doesn’t only grab attention on albums. Live, Flanders’ loudest square kicks and shreds together an impressive reputation. The audiences at Pukkelpop, Lokerse Feesten and Rock Herk could already experience what DIRK. is capable of: "They’re so rough, theatrical, sexy, melancholy, deranged and solid as a rock." (3voor12).
They’ll release their long-awaited 2nd album 'Cracks in Common Sense' on November 20 via Mayway Records… and you don’t want to miss that live!
