ABnormal - RHEA

Facebook event Share Tweet

Rockers from Ghent present debut album.

During this concert, wearing a mask is mandatory and only bubbles of 1 and 2 people can be seated. What if you want to come with 3 people? You buy I duo bubble and 1 solo bubble. One of your friends will be sitting alone on the balcony. Same goes for all odd numbers.

You can read more about the ABnormal safety measures here.

A healthy love of unyielding riffs, burly but compact songs, and the occasional shot of whiskey is what binds these gents from the collective Rhea. The role of underdog is borne in the blood of the five from Ghent and they very much enjoy debunking the abovementioned stubborn myth any time they get the chance.

A little over three years after their first visit to the backstage-catacombs of AB (during De Nieuwe Lichting 2016), the band was proud to present their new songs in March 2019. A whole lot can change in three years time: the band toured pretty much all over Europe, swapped one guitarist for another, took the time to develop themselves, and searched for (and found) their own sound.

Rhea is the living, Belgian, proof that guitar music in the year 2019 is, not only still relevant, but also innovative and bringing people together. These young wolves will release their debut album at the end of the year and they come to shred it live in AB!
