New collaborative album and wacky musical trip

Antwerp quartet DAAU is back! The foursome dove into the studio with master tinkerer and underground cult figure Rudy Trouvé to record the album Musik für Animierten Tonspurfilm. They themselves describe the record as “full of paradoxes, grungy and polished at the same time, finished and unfinished, a messed-up lo-fi backing track with hi-fi improvisations, retro meets the future”. Curious to see what this whacky adventurous trip sounds like, live? Good news: DAAU and Rudy Trouvé are set to play a double bill in AB.
