Ola Tunji
#happy that Ola Tunji has been approved by Alfa Mist to open for them. We only just discovered their Untitled EP, which was released in mid-2024. The opening track, Experimentation, was an instant uppercut. It was as if John Coltrane had walked into the room with his classic quartet. Enter: saxophonist Ornella Noulet and her band, who honour Coltrane's spiritual jazz and embrace the “New Thing” as Impulse! Records gave it a platform in the 1960s with artists such as Pharoah Sanders and Archie Shepp. Their debut will be released in autumn 2026 on W.E.R.F. records. Was it already clear? AB IS A FAN!

Alfa MistAlfa Mist has been moving effortlessly between jazz, hip-hop and classical music ever since his debut EP Nocturne (2015), and it has resulted in a unique sonic universe. The Londoner now has five widely acclaimed albums to his name.
His list of musical collaborations looks pretty impressive too, featuring diverse artists such as Loyle Carner, Tom Misch, Richard Spaven, London Contemporary Orchestra and Ólafur Arnalds.
On his own sixth album Roulette – to be released this autumn – Alfa Mist goes a step further and creates his own science fiction universe. Fine folk like New York rapper Homeboy Sandman and (alt-soul) singer Tawiah make this album complete.
This autumn, Alfa Mist will play one of his most prestigious shows ever at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall. But he is also soon to be seen at your favourite concert venue: AB.
