Dark Danish electro-soul

Danish electro-pop talent, Alex Vargas, calls his music ‘noise soul’. His velvety voice, that reminds one of Jeff Buckley, is accompanied by cosmic guitars and melodious synths. A dark, shadowy energy hangs over the songs that formed the birthplace of his 2016 EP release ‘Giving Up The Ghost’. That EP was followed up a year later by his impressive debut album ‘Cohere’, on which he presents vintage neo-soul with a unique character.
