2L is a Parisian rapper who is both a dreamer and socially aware, and currently one of the most promising figures in French-language rap. In 2020, she co-founded the collective Le Secteur: a creative laboratory where she took her first steps in the rap scene.

However, 2L soon opted for a solo career. A good move, as new shows and projects immediately followed her first EP in 2022: from Parisian open mics to support-acts for established artists. Her victory at RappeuZ (2023), her striking performance at the Demi Festival (2024), and her win at Rappeuses en Liberté (2024) form milestones in her journey.

In 2025, she dropped her EP Fugue: an introspective and self-aware project. Her sharp writing style also made 2L stand out in Nouvelle École (Netflix), where she distinguishes herself with her flow and the power of her lyrics. She delivers authentic rap without unnecessary pretence, the rap of a young woman who refuses to conform to the classic codes and demands her place in a landscape where female voices are still rarely heard.
