There’s plenty to celebrate at AB: a new community space and concert hall, a packed concert season and a fitting tagline for everything we want to create and experience together. Enter: Home of Music. A new home calls for a celebration, which is why, from Wednesday 16 to Sunday 20 September, we’re throwing our doors wide open for a five-day housewarming event. 

For five days, you can come and look, listen, dance, eat, drink, poke around and check out everything that’s new at AB. Be among the first visitors to tour our renovated wing on Steenstraat (rooftop terrace included!), check out the Back/Stage exhibition of work by in-house photographer Willem Mevis and the concert from Gaminconnu on Thursday, enjoy a 100% Brussels line-up curated by Youth L’AB on Friday and drop by on Saturday for a takeover by OFA COLLECTIF. 

At the weekend, browse at our street market and grab a tasty treat at the pop-up bar at what will be the AB Café. On Car Free Sunday, enjoy a sound healing session or Qi Gong, or join a soundscape painting workshop. Let loose to the tunes of Bankra Bike Sound System and the DJs from BRUZZ ICE, or get swept away by the ten-piece Sound of Brussels Orchestra.
