Zines are more than just booklets — they are a form of resistance. A way to make your voice heard outside the mainstream. During this workshop, you will dive into the radical tradition of DIY zine-making with multidisciplinary artist and zine-maker Maha Eljak.

How do you tell your story when existing platforms don't make room for it? How do you use images, text and rhythm to convey a powerful message?

We will cut, paste, write, sample and experiment. We will make space for what is abrasive, personal and political. At the end of the workshop, you will not only have your own zine, but also a new way to express yourself.
