Welsh brothers present their second album 'Pure Devotion'
Following the release of their second album ‘Pure Devotion’ in early August, Overmono are setting off on their eponymous world tour! On Sunday 15 November, the duo – brothers Tom and Ed Russell – will set Ancienne Belgique in Brussels alight with this new creative chapter, alongside their best-known tracks.
With their energetic and innovative shows, the Russell brothers never fail to completely captivate both audiences and the press. They have already made a strong impression in Belgium too, with intense concert moments at a sold-out Ancienne Belgique, at Rock Werchter and at the Dour Festival. Their debut album ‘Good Lies’ received rave reviews, thanks in part to standout tracks such as “So U Kno” and “Blow Out”. Collaborations with artists including Joy Orbison, Fred again.., Lil Yachty and Kwengface have put Overmono on the map as one of the leading names in the contemporary British electronic scene. The Welsh duo are pushing the boundaries of their sonic universe even further with their second album. ‘Pure Devotion’ is their most ambitious musical statement to date and is set to further cement their status as one of this decade’s leading dance acts. The album focuses wholeheartedly on the human side of music, at a time when everything feels increasingly artificial. Emotion takes precedence over detachment, and craftsmanship over pure efficiency. The tracks on ‘Pure Devotion’ will undoubtedly create moments of wild excitement during Overmono’s live shows in 2026 and long afterwards.
