This Belgian Worldwide Music Night is part of Belgian Music Week, as are the Flanders Folk Awards and concerts by bodies, Colt, Ronker,
OHNA and Johannes Is Zijn Naam.

During Belgian Music Week, we treat lovers of world music and folk to two action-packed days. We start with the Belgian Worldwide Music Network, which organises its annual showcases, punctuated by the announcement of the winners of the Belgian Worldwide Music Awards 2026.

Four excellent local artists from the worldwide scene are on the programme. The bands selected by an external jury will be announced in mid-December. The party continues on Tuesday 3 February with the Flanders Folk Awards.

The Belgian Worldwide Music Night is a collaboration between Belgium Booms, VI.BE, WBM, the Music Council, Sabam, Playright+, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Kiosk Radio and the AB.
