New American singer-songwriter talent for fans of Bill Callahan
Indiana-born singer-songwriter Peter Oren is blessed with a remarkable voice: low, deep and richly structured. His songs are about life in self-imposed exile, secluded, deep in the forest, far from contemporary society. Until now, this has resulted in a number of wonderful albums that have bean loaded with good reviews. His album ‘Anthropocene’ (Western Vinyl), released in November 2017, received 8/10 from Mojo, Uncut, The Independent and The Line of Best Fit.
