Wonderful cosmic-folk by Syrian-American artist

Azniv Korkejian, aka Bedouine, has Armenian parents, was born in Aleppo (Syria) and grew up in Saudi Arabia & the US. Her debut album, released in 2017 on Matthew E White’s Spacebomb label, is full of wonderful songs in which Americana, country and cosmic-folk mingle to produce a unique result. The album was loaded with 4 and 5 star reviews and Bedouine is being tipped pretty much everywhere as a new up-and-coming talent in the folk/singer-songwriter firmament.
