Londonian singer-songwriter with unique voice and impressive
‘This tremulous-voiced troubadour could be a British Bon Iver, destined to take folk traditions in unexpected directions’ (The Guardian)
This young Londonian singer-songwriter soared new heights with his 2012 EP release ‘Fail For You’ and has continued to work relentlessly on his career, with as icing on the cake: a nomination for BBC’s Sound Of 2014.
His music is rightly compared with the likes of Damien Rice, Josh Ritter or Bon Iver, but he manages to make something original of it, every time. We reckon he's a great artist on the verge of a breakthrough.
His first full album will be released this summer (on Parlophone) but first he will gladden us with an intimate concert in the domestic setting of Huis23.
