On your peddles! Just like every third Sunday in September, over the entire area of the âthe nineteen municipalitiesâ, between 09:00 and 19:00: the Car-Free Sunday (or Fewer-Car Sunday, if you like, as there will still be some taxis and emergency services and performers driving around.)
AB VELO DRIVE-IN! You're sure to stop by there. Or inside. As it's still the same: all doors to the Steenstraat open and you can walk, run, ride... right up to the stage (always fun to hear bike bells ringing during the applause.)
The free BaBa ZuLa concert is planned for 3pm: hopefully you've had a good peddle by then and afterwards you can be on your way again before the cars return to reclaim the streets (while the AB cleans up the Baba ZuLa 'brol'.)
But aside from the concert, there is also plenty happening in the Steenstraat, or - more specifically - over at our neighbours Café Bonnefooi.
Again, for our veterans: this is indeed one of the few opportunities to access the AB via it's original entrance. What ever happened to those good old days? Get going!
