With the recent renovations at Steenstraat 11, AB is now also creating space for residencies: a place where artists and collectives can delve deeper, experiment, and create.

BRUX offers more than just music: it’s a movement that pushes boundaries and leaves an indelible mark wherever it goes. Nine young rap artists are joining forces to breathe new life into the hip-hop scene.

At this Listening Session, they’ll showcase the results of a writing camp and a 5-day residency (both in sound and visuals!). It offers a unique glimpse into how BRUX is shaping the new generation of hip-hop with a fresh sound, raw energy, and strong chemistry.

With this residency, AB underscores its ambition to actively support artists even offstage. Processes that aren’t always visible to the public are deliberately given space here, because they are essential for sustainable artistic development.
