Prachtige cosmic-folk van Syrisch-Amerikaanse artieste
Azniv Korkejian, aka Bedouine, heeft Armeense ouders, is geboren in Aleppo (Syrië) en groeide op in Saoedi-Arabië en de VS. Haar debuutalbum, in 2017 uitgebracht op Matthew E White’s Spacebomb label, staat vol prachtige songs waarin americana, country en cosmic-folk zich vermengen tot een uniek resultaat. Het album werd overladen met 4 en 5 sterren reviews en Bedouine wordt zo wat overal getipt als een nieuw opkomend talent in het folk/singer-songwriter firmament.
