Les coups de cœur des Britanniques de Gallows se résument à du punk hardcore agressif. Les chansons de leur premier opus ‘Orchestra Of Wolves’, qui doit beaucoup à Black Flag, ont fait leur petit effet. L’album a immédiatement retenu l'attention de Brett Gurewitz de Bad Religion qui l’a rapidement sorti sur son label Epitaph aux USA. Produit par Garth ‘GGGarth’ Richardson, le nouvel album ‘Grey Britain’ est annoncé pour le mois de mai. Et d'après Frank Carter, le charismatique leader du groupe, c'est ‘… a bleak account on the current state of the world. Britain is fucked, Grey Britain is all about what's going on socially, politically and economically in the UK and how it affects us’.

Sorti en 2007, 'This Is Where The Fight Begins', le premier album des Britanniques The Ghost of a Thousand, nous offrait son lot de titres punk hardcore. Son successeur, 'New Hopes, New Demonstrations', est annoncé pour le 1er juin sur le label Epitaph. Une bonne raison pour partir en tournée avec Gallows et se joindre à l'affiche du mercredi 1er juillet à l'ABClub, avec un tas de nouveaux morceaux sous le bras.
