Cela fait plus de 10 ans que l'effronté trio de Brooklyn A Place To Bury Strangers nous assène son shoegaze/post-punk tonitruant. "There are moments where I'm really scared on stage," avoue le bassiste Dion Lunadon, "where it's really foggy and I know someone's swinging a guitar around. I don't give a fuck though; if a guitar is about to hit me in the head, oh well. It's going to make for a better show". Leur nouvel opus, baptisé « Transfixiation », a été en grande partie enregistré dans le club Death By Audio.
Et on résumera simplement le groupe en trois mots : bruyant, mortellement bruyant !
