DESCRIPTION:Et pour commencer un newsflash de notre guitariste\naméricain préféré : 'NEW RECORD: Mexico City\nsessions. I've recorded deep in the "bible\nbelt" and in the heart of the "money belt".\nNever been to the "borscht belt" but I've\nheard of it. Anyway\, this time around it's Mexico.\nMexico City is like the Rosetta Stone of our own urban\nfuture. I was there couple months back and found a state of\nthe art studio (state of art circa 1958) and fell in love\nwith the place. As the bottom falls out of the big lie here\nat home\, I'll be aiming my telescope backwards from a\nvantage point 7\,000 feet up in the "city of eternal\nspring". And really\, who doesn't like\nspring?'On ose espérer que lorsque la grippe sera\npassée\, Chuck nous reviendra en bonne santé de Mexico\nCity\, car s’il y a un concert à ne pas manquer\, c’est\nbien celui-ci. Une guitare électrique à la main\, notre\nProphet prêche avec ferveur et sincérité la Passion du\nrock 'n' roll. Et il se montre toujours aussi\ninventif et incroyable de précision. Depuis 1990\, Chuck\nProphet nous livre des albums solo d’une rare force mais\nil a su également s’illustrer en tant que side-man et\ncompositeur pour Dan Penn\, Solomon Burke\, Alejandro\nEscovedo\, Cake\, Warren Zevon ou encore Silos (remember AB\nBelleVue Club?) sans oublier le divin Green On Red. En ces\ntemps particulièrement difficiles pour les maisons de\ndisques\, notre intrépide guitariste a également fondé\nson propre label (((Belle Records))) dont le nom s’écrit\neffectivement avec six parenthèses. Après l’excellent\n'Soap And Water'  et un splendide concert à\nl’ABClub en 2007\, le voici de retour avec ses musiciens\ndu Mission Express et ses 'Mexico Sessions' (chez\nCooking Vinyl via V2)Et aussi incroyable que cela puisse\nparaître\, Chuck Prophet est aussi passé à l’ère de\ntwitter : 'I am a twittering mother now\,\ntweet-tweet-twiddle-dee-deet.'    \n\nhttps://www.abconcerts.be/fr/agenda/chuck-prophet-the-mission-express/a105J000001wga8QAA
