DESCRIPTION:Under the title 'Pointing the way to new music' AB\nand the eleven music clubs of the Club Circuit get together\nin the coming concert season for an exciting series.\nTogether they've selected 10 weekends when on each\noccasion another club will occupy the AB\, while at the very\nsame time the AB goes on location to that visiting club.\nWith this project AB and the Club circuit want to place some\nextra emphasis on their good relations. The exchange between\nAB and Democrazy in Gent contains: Democrazy presents at\nABClub The Walkmen + Lady & The Lost BoysWow! 'You\n& Me'\, the new album from New York band THE WALKMEN\nis one which initially doesn't move you but after a\ncouple of listens settles itself deep in your soul. This is\ntop-shelf drama-wave\, such as only great bands like Elbow\ncan produce. Raw love stories from the metropolis\, set to\nmusic that smells like Velvet Underground and Interpol. In\ncomparison with their 4 previous albums (with an ode Harry\nNilsson and John Lennon's album 'Pussy Cats'\nfrom 1974 squeezed in there too) the band has changed to a\ncalmer gear\, but this simply results in their strongest\nwork to date.    Support-act for The Walkmen in the ABClub\nwill be the British LADY & THE LOST BOYS. The voice of\nthis lady\, singer Annabel\, strongly reminds of Kate Nash\nbut the music of The Lost Boys refuses to choose between\nclassical\, cabaret or pop.
