DESCRIPTION:Rock Rally 2006 winners present second album In 2006 The\nHickey Underworld - or Younes Faltakh (guitar/vocals)\,\nJonas Govaerts (guitar)\, Jimmy Wouters (drums) and Georgios\nTsakiridis (bass guitar) - won HUMO’s Rock Rally. A few\nyears later - in 2009 to be precise - their untitled debut\nwas released\, with the knock-out singles ‘Future Words’\n(topped Studio Brussel's De Afrekening for weeks on end)\nand ‘Blonde Fire’. What's more\, the much talked\nabout clips associated with them made furore at many a film\nfestival. The Hickey Underworld also gave it their best at\nfestivals like Rock Werchter\, Pukkelpop\, Dour\, Les\nArdentes\, Lokerse Feesten and many more.  February 2012\nwill see the release of their second album\, ‘I’m Under\nThe House\, I’m Dying’\, again produced by Das Pop and\nthis time mixed by the well reputed Dave Sardy (who recently\ndid the same for Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds). The\nband will present that album on February 22 in the ABClub.  \n Antwerp's In-kata has just completed a bomb of a new\nalbum that is to be released in February 2012. With it they\nannounce the revival of the most uncompromising band in the\nLow Lands. Expect an obsessive and threatening guitar force\nin disorienting song structures and rhythms. “The\nalternative younger brother of The Mars Volta” (OOR).\nIn-kata is the reincarnation of Quetzal\, a band with a\nstrong international and live reputation. Bram Sigo\n(drums)\, Jorg Strecker (guitar)\, Mattias Cré (bass) and\nWannes Cré (vocals)\, worked together with the likes of\nElko Blijweert and Tom Pintens for their previous releases.\nThey've produced four albums (‘Farewell Masquerade’\nwas self-released\, ‘Dead end Tracks’\, ‘Quetzal vs\nStarfish Pool’ and ‘The Messenger Lies Bleeding’\,\nwere released as Quetzal on Conspiracy Records) and have\ntoured Europe many times.
