SUMMARY:Killing Joke
LOCATION:AB Grote zaal (Anspachlaan 110\, 1000 Bruxelles)
DESCRIPTION:Due to the delay of the release of the new album the concert\nof Killing Joke will also be postponed until Tuesday 28\nSeptember. Tickets remain valid. The tickets remain valid.\nIf the new date doesn't fit\, send the tickets\,\nmentioning the bankaccount\, to : Ancienne Belgique\, AB\nTicketshop\, Anspachlaan 110\, 1000 Brussels. Or you can\ncome to the AB Ticketshop\, Steenstraat 25\, 1000 Brussels. \n Following their brilliant two-dayer in AB (for the\n‘Killing Joke’\, ‘What’s THIS For …!’ and\n‘Pandemonium’ albums)\, Killing Joke will be heading out\non the road again. There are many reasons to tour: first and\nforemost: the band is celebrating it's 30th birthday.\nThe line-up containing Jaz Coleman (vocals)\, Geordie\n(guitar)\, Youth (bass) and Paul Ferguson (drums) is\ncurrently working together in the studio again - for the\nfirst time in 27 years - on their 13th album. Singer Jaz\nColeman has been active in the classical music scene for\nsome time now and he has worked previously with The Prague\nSymphony Orchestra\, The London Symphony Orchestra and The\nAuckland Philharmonic. Guitarist Youth is now a much\nsought-after producer. So it was that he produced the likes\nof ‘Urban Hymns’ by The Verve and ‘Riot City Blues’\nby Primal Scream. Covered by Metallica and Foo Fighters;\nrevered by Jimmy Page and Billy Corgan; and of influence on\nbands like Nirvana\, Ministry and Nine Inch Nails. All the\nmore reason to introduce Killing Joke into the pantheon of\ncontemporary rock\, as soon as possible. \n \n\nhttps://www.abconcerts.be/en/agenda/killing-joke/a105J000001wgb6QAA
