Not only musically\, as he also\nshares the band Pendle Coven with Miles Whittaker of Demdike\nStare. G.H.'s first feat is the 12”'Ground\nE.P' that was released on the intriguing Modern Love\nlabel\, and that instantly blew our socks off. An EP full of\ndeep\, dark and quasi imperceptible subsonic basslines that\nslowly bounce forth and are pretty much unfathomable.\nMusical points of reference are Mika Vainio\, Andy Stott\,\nas well as Raime. For G.H. it's his first set on Belgian\nsoil. 9:30 pm - Gang Colours (uk)Gang Colours is the latest\nacquisistion by the Brownswood label of famous radio DJ\nGilles Peterson. His debut ‘The Keychain Collection’ was\nimmediately well acclaimed. Laurie Anderson on it: "the\nproduction is amazing." Humo: “Will Ozanne alias Gang\nColours uses computers as well as machines\, but then in the\nmanner of James Blake or Nicolas Jaar: in order to compile\npieces of raw sorrow or melancholy into thrilling tracks.\nHis piano parts remind one of the patois of Craig\nArmstrong\, and his whispery beats and yellowed synth parts\nof Boards of Canada and Bibio.” Thank you Humo\, for the\nsubstantial quote. Just like G.H.\, Gang Colours is here in\nBelgium for the first time.    10:30 pm Kangding Ray   \nKangding Ray is the alter-ego of Frenchman David Letellier\,\nwho has been living in Berlin for some time now. He now has\nthree albums to his CV\, all characterized by a mix of warm\nand melodic – if minimal – electronica with guitar\nloops\, basslines and acoustic instruments. His latest album\n– again released via the classy Raster_Noton – is\nentitled ‘Or’ (‘gold’) and is quite simply one of\nthe most impressive electronica albums of the past year.\nKangding Ray will perform as a duo.
