Hurts is the British duo\nTheo Hutchcraft and Adam Anderson\, from Manchester. Hurts\nis downright addictive for those who would like to once\nagain feast upon the heyday of stylish British electro-pop\n(Pet Shop Boys\, OMD\, Heaven 17\, Ultravox). But don't\nbe mistaken: Hurts possesses the desirable ability to write\nexceedingly strong songs. Singles ‘Wonderful Life’ and\n‘Better Than Love’ are the irrefutable proof of that.\nMoreover\, the gents scrub up nicely in impeccable suits and\nthey're able to give their songs just as much\nmisanthropic drama as their stage presence would suggest.\nTheir album ‘Happiness’ is now finally in stores and is\nthe business card of a band with plenty of potential. Those\nwho were unable to get hold of tickets for the already\nsold-out concert in the Botanique on 30/10 now get a second\nchance in the AB on Tuesday 1 March 2011.                   \n
