DESCRIPTION:The Championship of Brussels\, that biennial competition for\nyoung musical talent from Brussels\, celebrates its sixth\nedition. The Championship of Brussels provides promising\nyoung artists with the opportunity to present themselves to\na large audience. It doesn't matter which music genre\nflows through their veins or if they mount the stage with or\nwithout a band.    Irrepressible enthusiasm\, exceptional\ntalent and a passionate love of music form the theme of the\ncompetition. No wonder Black Box Revelation and Puggy\ngrabbed the attention when they took part.    A\nwell-qualified jury will make a selection of bands to\ncompete during 5 qualifying rounds. The finalists then\nbattle for first place on the stage of the AB Box. The\nwinner will go home with 1000 euro and 6 recording days in\nthe professional studio of De Rockfabriek.    The\ncompetition is organised by JES and De Rockfabriek and forms\na part of Poppunt's ‘100% Puur’ concept.
