DESCRIPTION:Timing    7pm doors 8pm Baby Skins 9pm Herman Dune        \nHerman Dune can quite simply be called a cult phenomenon.\nAfter a 10 year career and 7 studio albums\, the new opus\n'Next Year In Zion' has just been released\,\nbursting with harmonious pop chansons. Dylan\, Cohen and\nRichman are never far away but while recording in Venice\,\nCalifornia musically this group travelled virtually through\nthe cradle of the spaghetti western\, the Mexican coast\,\nthe Balkan\, Nigeria and back. Herman Dune\, that is not\nHerman Dune but rather David-Ivar Yaya Herman Dune (song\ndeliverer\, singer\, guitarist) and Neman Herman Dune\n(drums). You still with us? Visited BBC radio icon John Peel\na dozen times and their 'I Wish That I Could See You\nSoon' turned up in Rolling Stone magazine amongst the\nbest songs of 2007. Producer Richard Formby (who also sat\nbehind the dials for predecessors 'Not On Top' and\n'Giant') is present again here too\, and in the\nstudio assistance was asked of the likes of Jon Natchez\nBourbon Horns (see also: the records of Turner Cody\,\nBeirut\, Arcade Fire). On the eve of his performance in\nl'Olympia in Paris\, Herman Dune honours us with a visit\nto the AB.    The duo The Baby Skins\, consisting of the\nladies Crystal Madrilejos and Angela Carlucci\, comes from\nBrooklyn\, New York. Their acoustic folk is built upon\nguitar\, xylophone and their harmonious voices.\nBreathtakingly beautiful and playful.
