In a new form\, sometimes even fragile\, but\nalways with the same characteristic energy and commitment.\nIn preparing for this\, their first theatre show\, the band\nsat in conclave with a number of theatre veterans including\nRemko Vrijdag (De Vliegende Panters)\, Martin Van\nWaardenberg (Waardenberg & De Jong) and Minou Bosua (De\nBloeiende Maagden). MANIA! MANIA! is the first musical\ncabaret show ever by a Dutch punk band. The Heideroosjes\nhave been playing together\, unchanged\, for 19 years. They\nhave taken to the stage more than 1500 times. And not just\nall over Europe\, but in Japan\, the United States and South\nAfrica too. Mention a city and they've played there. In\nthat time they have sold some four hundred thousand records\nand received an Edison. And these guys have found it just as\neasy to work with the Metropole Orchestra as they have with\nUrbanus.
