The\nretro-futuristic Dragons maintain a musical openness that\nleans toward TV On The Radio\, something evidenced by their\noriginal mixture of psychedelic space-rock\, soul and\nWest-African polyrhythm. Their first record was produced by\nDave Sitek from TVOTR too.    Women from Canada have an\nalbum out that was produced by Chad Van Gaalen. He also\nreleased it right away on his own label\, called Flemish\nEye. Their sound has already been compared with mutilated\nsunny Beach Boys pop\, but they like to refer to The Velvet\nUnderground or The Zombies just as much. TV Buddhas is a\nheated Israeli duo with her\, Evil Haring\, on drums and\nhim\, Mickey Killer\, on guitar. Together they reinvent rock\n'n' roll\, shaking and loud\, dripping with sex and\npsychedelica. Basically: animals on stage and that’s how\nwe like it.
