DESCRIPTION:Under the title “Pointing the way to new music” AB and\nthe eleven music clubs of the Club Circuit get together in\nthe coming concert season for an exciting series. Together\nthey’ve selected 10 weekends when on each occasion another\nclub will occupy the AB\, while at the very same time the AB\ngoes on location to that visiting club. With this project AB\nand the Club circuit want to place some extra emphasis on\ntheir good relations.    Following the unfortunate\ncancellation of GANG GANG DANCE in mid-February\, De Kreun\nand AB still had something to make up for. That's all\nsorted out with the live album launch of the new one from\nCREATURE WITH THE ATOM BRAIN.‘Transylvania’ is the title\nof the second Creature with The Atom Brain album. This band\nbased on Aldo Struyf was initially a home recording project\nthat stood-by between Aldo’s live work with Millionaire\nand the Mark Lanegan Band. But\, since the debut ‘I Am The\nGolden Gate Bridge’ in 2007\, CWTAB has become a\nfully-fledged band\, on and off stage. None less than Chris\nGoss was sought out to mix the new album; the man behind\nMasters Of Reality and producer of superb albums from Kuyss\nand Queens Of The Stone Age. You can also hear a musical\ncontribution from Chris Goss on the album\, just as from\nbuddy Mark Lanegan\, at the same time this album is again\nconsiderably influenced by 70’s prog and psychedelica\,\nthink Hawkwind and 13th Floor Elevators. After supporting\nthe likes of The Jesus & Mary Chain in the US and UK\,\nand also The Gutter Twins in the AB\, Creature With The Atom\nBrain now returns to introduce their new album live to the\ngeneral public.    Support act will be Antwerp's Birds\nThat Change Colour. A strange cross-fertilisation of folk\,\npsychedelica and pop with echo's of The Beatles and The\nKinks while working with mind-expanding substances.
