Afterwards you can watch the\nrecorded talk on that same Facebook page.Together with Black\nHistory Month Belgium\, we will be talking to musicians in\nthe context of this year's theme\, namely documenting\nand archiving the experiences of black people in\nBelgium.Black Belgian artists of different generations and\nfrom different genres come together to discuss their\nexperiences in the music and entertainment industry\, how\nthings have evolved (or not) over the years\, their\nmechanisms for surviving and thriving\, even in genres and\nspaces where they were not expected to exist\, and even\nless\, to succeed. This panel discussion will be with\nCharlotte Adigéry\, NABOU and Isabelle Kabatu and moderated\nby Zap Mama.___Zap Mama is one of the most influential\nsingers in our Belgian music history. Her voice is the most\nimportant instrument for her creations in which she fuses\nsoul\, gospel and African rhythms with pop\nelements.Charlotte Adigéry gained momentum with her first\nEP "Zandoli". Together with producer Bolis Popul\nshe makes danceable synth pop in which humor and spontaneity\nare the most important ingredients.Isabelle Kabatu has\ndeveloped an international career as an opera soprano. She\nhas already performed on the biggest stages\, including La\nScala di Milano\, Opéra Bastille Paris\, Gran Teatre del\nLicieau Barcelona\,​​... Her repertoire consists mainly\nof Italian (Aïda\, Tosca\, Il Trovatore\, Forza del\ndestino\, Manon Lescaut)\, German (Tannhaüser\, Salome\,\nDer Rosenkavalier) and French (Le Cid\, Thaïs\, Dialogues\ndes Carmélites) opera heroines.Check out the full\nprogram here.
